A testimonial can be as simple as a few sentences about what you enjoyed or how the course has helped you. 

• What did you enjoy most about the course?
• How has the course helped you in your improvisation skills?
• Would you recommend this course to others? Why?

If you like you can also record a video testimonial, for me those are the best.
A simple recording with a smartphone is perfect and is easy to do as well.
