These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Creative Violin Website.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to the owner of https://creativeviolin.com whose registered office is Fiddleman Music, Belgium. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Belgium. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
License
Unless otherwise stated, Creative Violin owns the intellectual property rights for all material on Creative Violin. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from https://creativeviolin.com for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:

Membership beginners and improvisation courses; Automatic Renewal; Billing (per month or per year, according to the plan of your choice).
A Renewal or Automatic Renewal within an active Gold membership Subscription Membership term extends the existing expiration date of the Membership by one month/year; such renewal term begins the day after the current term ends. When an expired Membership is renewed, the new Membership term is one month/year, beginning on the date of renewal.
Each Membership will automatically renew (referred to as “Automatic Renewal Membership”) each month/year for additional one-month/year periods that commence on the day after the previous term unless you cancel your active membership prior to the end of your membership term.
Automatic Renewal Membership fees will be billed monthly/yearly and automatically to the credit card you provided when you enrolled in Membership or the form of payment we currently have on file for you, in the amount of the then current Gold membership Monthly membership fee.
Cancellation; Termination
You have the right to cancel your Membership at any time.
You may cancel your Membership by navigating to https://creativeviolin.com/subscription-details and clicking the “Cancel Membership” link.
You will retain access to the course until the last day of the term.
Your membership account
With your membership you are entitled access to all videos and downloads within your membership level.
Your membership is strictly personal.
Sharing your login will result into immediate termination of your account and the loss of the right for refunds.
User Comments
1. This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
2. Certain parts of this website offer the opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions, information, material and data (‘Comments’) in areas of the website. Creative Violin does not screen, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their appearance on the website and Comments do not reflect the views or opinions of Creative Violin , its agents or affiliates. Comments reflect the view and opinion of the person who posts such view or opinion. To the extent permitted by applicable laws Creative Violin shall not be responsible or liable for the Comments or for any loss cost, liability, damages or expenses caused and or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.
