TERMS AND CONDITIONS – AMN MUSIC BV (Creative Violin)

Company: AMN Music BV, established in Belgium, provider of the products and digital content.
Customer: Any natural person or legal entity entering into a contract with AMN Music BV.
Digital Content: Data produced and supplied in digital form, such as online courses, PDF materials, and e-books.

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from AMN Music BV and to every distance contract concluded between the company and the customer.
By placing an order, the customer explicitly accepts these terms and conditions.

All prices entered in the shop are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.
EU Consumers (OSS): For customers within the EU (excluding Belgium), the VAT rate of the country of destination applies once the legal thresholds are exceeded.
Worldwide (Export): Orders shipped to or downloaded in countries outside the European Union are subject to 0% VAT (Export), but the customer is responsible for local import duties and taxes.

All intellectual property rights related to the website, its content, and the products sold remain the exclusive property of AMN Music BV or its licensors.
License: Upon the purchase of digital content, AMN Music BV grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the respective works for personal educational purposes. This license is granted for the duration of the copyright protection of the work, unless otherwise specified.
VAT Qualification: The fee paid by the customer covers both the access to the content and the compensation for the transfer of this temporary usage right (license) to the copyrighted works. This transfer of copyright is subject to the reduced VAT rate of 6%, in accordance with Belgian VAT legislation regarding the supply of copyrighted works.
Restrictions: The customer is strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, publishing, or commercially exploiting any part of the digital content without prior written consent from AMN Music BV.

According to EU law, the right of withdrawal expires for digital content as soon as the download or streaming has started, provided the customer has given explicit consent and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Payments are processed at the time of order.
Invoices are generated automatically and will include the correct VAT mapping as per the customer’s location and the nature of the product (e.g., 6% for licensed digital content).

AMN Music BV is not liable for indirect damages or for damages resulting from the incorrect use of the provided educational materials.

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the district where AMN Music BV is established.
